BizBuy lets sellers list their company with structured financial and operational fields. Buyers browse, filter, and contact sellers directly — every listing exposes the numbers as queryable data instead of burying them in free-text descriptions.
Why structured data
Most M&A marketplaces are walls of free-text descriptions. Buyers spend hours reading paragraphs to extract numbers that should have been fields. We invert that: every listing exposes revenue, profit, EBITDA, ownership status, debt, employees, ROI, and payback multiple as queryable data.
Where we operate
Launching in the UAE first, expanding across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman). Country-specific subdomains and language support are part of the roadmap.
