How selling works

Listing is free. The platform takes no commission on a buyer-direct sale. Pay only if you upgrade your listing or add the Managed Sale service for end-to-end senior-advisor support.

List your business for free

    Create an account and verify

    Username, email, phone, WhatsApp, KYC. Same flow as buyers — required before publishing a listing.

    Fill in your listing

    Structured fields: business name, sector, country, asking price, revenue, profit, EBITDA, employees, ownership status, debt, partial-acquisition options. The more fields you complete, the higher your "completeness score" and the better your visibility.

    Upload supporting documents

    P&L, balance sheet, projections, trade license, and others. Each document is checked for type-match and the numbers are cross-validated against what you typed. Mismatches get flagged for review.

    Get inquiries

    Verified buyers can message you and request to view gated documents. You decide how much information to disclose, and at which stage.

  5. 5

    Optionally feature your listing

    Pin it to the top of search results for 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months. Comes with a featured badge and inclusion in the weekly buyer newsletter.

  6. 6

    Close the deal

    Direct with the buyer — or alongside our Managed Sale service if you want senior advisors to run the engagement end-to-end. We never take commission on a buyer-direct sale; the only paid surfaces are featured-listing upgrades and Managed Sale.
